The SK MEMBERS shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as follows:
Formulate and enact youth policies in the form of resolutions;
Assist the SK Chairperson in the exercise of the powers, functions, and duties of SK;
Serve as head of different SK committees;
Preside over committee meetings and SK and KK meetings, in the absence of the SK Chairperson; and
Perform such other duties and discharge such other functions as the Sangguniang Kabataan chairperson may prescribe or direct.
